SHIPPING:

We offer free in-store or curbside pick-up, as well as shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling is NOT included in order total, unless otherwise indicated. You will be notified of separate shipping cost within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping cost and time depends on total order weight, dimensions, and shipping destination.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of your order’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Cook on Bay currently only accepts in-store returns/exchanges of unopened/re-sellable items.

For PURCHASERS:

  • With Original Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund in the original form of payment.
  • No Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card at the most recent item price.

For GIFT RECIPIENTS:

  • With Original Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card.
  • With Gift Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card.
  • No Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card at the most recent item price.
