By using our website, you agree to be bound by its General Terms and Conditions (explained below), Legal Notices, and all Policies or Disclaimers that appear elsewhere on site.

Placing an order with Cook on Bay LLC signifies that you have read and agreed to all company policies and terms of use.


We offer free in-store or curbside pick-up, as well as shipping anywhere in the Continental United States.

  • Our $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping Fee is available on all orders under $100.
  • All orders $100 and over receive FREE SHIPPING.

We ship orders once a week, so please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. We typically ship via USPS.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of your order’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Cook on Bay only accepts *in-store* returns/exchanges of unopened/re-sellable items.

  • With Original Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund in the original form of payment.
  • No Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card at the most recent item price.


  • With Original Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card.
  • With Gift Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card.
  • No Receipt: You may exchange item(s) or receive a refund on a store gift card at the most recent item price.


Cook on Bay reserves the right to cancel any online order for any of the following reasons:

  • Item(s) is/are out of stock
  • Payment was never received for the order
  • Customer requested that we cancel the order
  • The order was flagged as possibly fraudulent
  • The same item(s) were inadvertently ordered twice

Should we cancel an online order, we will notify the customer via email with an explanation of why the order was cancelled and, if applicable, provide the customer an alternate mean of purchase.


Cook on Bay takes great pride in the relationships we've built with our vendors. We are committed to honoring our vendors' policies and, as such, do not fulfill orders to known resellers, nor does Cook on Bay have a wholesale purchase division. If evidence of purchases from a reseller is discovered, those orders may be put on hold or canceled. Cook on Bay reserves the right to make changes to our website as well as its General Terms and Conditions and all other Legal Notices and Policies at any time. Each time you use the Cook on Bay website, you should review the current General Terms and Conditions, Legal Notices, and Policies that apply to your transactions and use of our website. If you are dissatisfied with the Cook on Bay website, its content, General Terms and Conditions, Legal Notices, or Policies, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Cook on Bay website.


Cook on Bay makes every attempt to display product images on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the received product color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.


The availability of products and prices or services is subject to change without notice. Errors or omissions will be corrected wherever discovered, and Cook on Bay LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.


In no event shall Cook on Bay LLC or any of its employees and/or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of data, loss of business, or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


All items we sell are brand new unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that in rare occasions an item's manufacturer packaging may have been opened for the item to be removed from the box for inspection, and thus, the original packaging seal may be broken. This is normal and no cause for worry; the item is still new and unused.


Credit card transactions will be authorized at the time of purchase for the full amount of the items ordered. As items are shipped, funds for those items will be captured and re-authorization(s) will be made for any remaining item(s).

Cook on Bay does not accept checks or money orders for online purchases.
